How we check a set
Fit first
Bricks are sampled for clutch and alignment before a batch is listed. A set that will not hold together is not worth the discount.
Colour under neutral light
Tiles are compared against the reference palette in daylight-balanced light, because a colour that looks right on a screen often is not.
Packed to arrive whole
Parts are bagged by build stage and the box is braced for transit. Missing pieces are replaced — the point is that they should not be missing.
The difference between a good build and a frustrating one is usually a fraction of a millimetre.
Sets ship from California for North America and from Germany and the Netherlands for Europe, so the box does not cross an ocean twice. Tracking is emailed as soon as a parcel is scanned.
